- Skills: dealing with questions, collaborating, defending your ideas, managing challenging conversations, giving feedback on performance, appraisals
- Grammar: verb tenses (active and passive), noun compounds/ phrases/ combinations, describing trends, multiword verbs, reported speech, adverbs and adjectives, defining and non-defining relative clauses, question tags, cleft sentences, linking phrases and words, inversion
